I SLEPT IN AND THEN KEPT MAKING SILLY LITTLE MISTAKES WITH WHAT I WAS DOING.
NOTHING MAJOR, BUT STILL ANNOYING. BEFORE I KNEW IT, IT WAS MIDDAY.
I DECIDED TO WRITE THE REST OF THE DAY OFF.
I WAS MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE JUST TALKING TO MY PLANTS.
TOMORROW WILL BE ANOTHER DAY.

It’s okay - I have those days too - I look at the clock and think, how can it be that time already? I know I’ve been busy, but it sure doesn’t look like it. Sometimes I just have to think like Scarlet O’Hara in Gone with the Wind - “Tomorrow is another day.” And spending time enjoying your plants is a grand idea!
ReplyDeleteIf at first you don't succeed then forget it! Tomorrow IS another day.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I have those days, and I have days where I am busy all day and feel like I accomplish nothing.
ReplyDeleteSome days are just like that.
ReplyDeleteSome days it's better just to stay in bed! And days where the tidying up seems to have created a worse mess!
ReplyDeleteToday was a bit of a write off for me also - starting with the fact I, too, was late up, and then my DD reminded me I had a family 'taxi run' to do.... so it was no breakfast until after that task was done, and it carried on from there.. never mind, tomorrow is another day.
ReplyDeleteI am sure your rhubarb appreciated the conversation :)
Blessings
