She now lives in the United States and arrived today for a short visit. I'm so excited 😁
Son and I watched two enthralling sports events last night.
The Olympics men's marathon was up first. Tamirat Tola of Ethiopia ran superbly to win the grueling race in a new Olympic record time.
Then it was a change of channels to watch rugby, with the All Blacks playing against Argentina's Los Pumas.
It was a fast closely contested match, with some classy play on both sides.
Argentina were the victors at the end, with a 38-30 win.
I'm thrilled to be able to catch up with my daughter again. Modern technology is fantastic, but it can't beat personal contact.
And there are no points for guessing which Sweetpea is my favourite!
