Heart Stopping Action

New Zealand has burst on to the Olympics Medal Table in the last two days.
I was thrilled last night to see my two favourite rowers, Lucy Spoors and Brooke Francis, win the Women's Double Sculls.

At the end of Day Six New Zealand is placed 12th on the Medals Table, having two golds, two silvers, and one bronze.
Go the Kiwis!

  5. It has been terrific watching the rowing. Both Greece and NZ have won medals and hopefully more to come. Some close misses and some close losses. Loving it

  6. It has been exciting – I have to say I’m more of a fan of Winter Olympics, but I think summer games might be winning me over too! It’s all thrilling!

  8. Love the rowing/sculling sports, but have not seen any, as the family watches via streaming from their phones to the big screen, and it is SIL who has the Sky subscription. Never mind, such is life.
Hope you are toasty warm this evening it's pretty cool down our way!
    Blessings
