Even the cats will be happy when we get done.
The carpet goes in this week, but I'm not going to stay around.
There is nothing I can do to help, so I'm heading to the beach again for a couple of days. A different beach this time - to west-coast Raglan instead of east-coast Papamoa.

This month's header photo is of the Ngamuwahine River in the Kaimai Ranges. It is a lovely spot to visit on a hot summer's day. This photo was taken after a family picnic in 2012.
Love Raglan. Hamilton is well situated for visiting lots of different areas.
ReplyDeleteI like the new header!!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time escaping the renovations. Hopefully when you come home all will be finished. GM
The river photo looks so cool and I can imagine the soothing sound of the water. Enjoy your next stay away
ReplyDeleteIt is nice that you can escape the mess part if the time. Seems like a person can live with it if they can help but it is harder when you just have to watch.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy, hopefully the renovations will be substantially done when you get back!
ReplyDeleteLove the new header…enjoy the break!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, enjoy it and when you come back it will be done. The messy part anyway, arranging and rearranging till it’s just right is the fun part!
ReplyDeleteWatching, and getting in the way, is no use at all - good on you for doing a runner! I hope where you go isn't too hot. It's the top end of my comfort zone already here!
ReplyDeleteWonderful header photo Margaret - and I don't blame you running away!
ReplyDeleteBlessings
