That was when I saw a sign at Te Awa (The Base, Te Rapa) for Espresso Car Wash (who do it by hand, not a machine) - and my poor little car was badly in need of a spring clean.
Nearly two hours later, after a complete wash, polish and inside valet, my car is so clean and shiny.
I am thrilled - it is like having a new car to drive.
Now all I have to do is keep it that way!

OH, I wish we had one of those here - my poor girl is in desperate need of a total clean and valet. It now has to live outside and is covered in pollen...
ReplyDeleteHair cuts must be the order of the day - I had mine done this morning also :)
Blessings

I'm ashamed to admit there was even moss growing on some of the window rubbers ):
DeleteAll gone now, thankfully :)
I need a haircut...and I need my car cleaned, too. Indontbhavevany plans for either any time soon.
ReplyDeleteEvery spring here, it’s the same…road salt coating the cars! A spring car wash is essential!
ReplyDeleteKind of a mini make over for both of you!
ReplyDeleteYour car must sparkle now that it has been cleaned and polished!!
ReplyDeleteThe car wash does a great job, much better than I could ever do. It's so nice to drive a nice shiny car!!
ReplyDeleteLove having the car cleaned inside and out. Mine definitely needs a good going over.
ReplyDeleteIt always feels lighter for some reason
Wow they really pamper your car!!
ReplyDeleteIt's the keeping it that way which is the challenge. I cleaned ours inside recently and it was filthy again in a week. Autumn sees leaves get dragged in on shoe soles. (Same problem in the house - I can't wait to build a house where the doors with porches or a mud room to wipe feet and leave shoes.)
ReplyDeleteI've just had a haircut too but not been to the car wash.
