The wind was already picking up and clouds were rapidly gathering in the sky.
I harvested our first two strawberries for the season, and picked some flowers to bring indoors.
Our skies are now (at 4.30pm) dark grey and covering the sky, and rain has started to lightly fall.

ReplyDeleteWelcome to my blog, Wendy :)
DeleteLove the photo of your house...it reminds me of my parents last home.
ReplyDeleteAnd...rain again. Summer is coming!
Oh. That sky is beautiful...mi love the flowers, too.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good few days to hunker down and read a good book or watch a movie!
ReplyDeleteGreat cloud shot. You've got some vary colourful flowers already in your garden - summer colours.
ReplyDeleteStrawberries…yum! Such a long growing season there, Margaret! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThey were a little sour but we enjoyed one each :)
DeleteLove the flowers out of your garden. I've had some white geraniums start flowering but we've had so much rain this Spring that it's like everything else is delayed
ReplyDeleteLovely sky with those white fluffy clouds ( soon to become dark and stormy). Your flower beds along the house look so cheery. Hopefully the wind doesn't tear the petals off.
