I really hate having a headache. My head pounds, my eyes hurt, I cannot think
straight, and I seem to be incapable of doing anything at all.
I woke this morning with a real doozie and it has totally
wiped me out for the day. I managed to
read some blogs, watched a bit of TV, dozed in front of the fire (that son
kindly lit to keep me cozy) and have swallowed as many painkillers as I am
allowed.
Hopefully tomorrow I will be fine again!
Hugz to everyone J
Margaret.
Get well soon!
ReplyDeleteSending positive vibes your way!
That sounds horrible, hope you are OK today
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better today, but it is lovely to give in and have a lazy day.
ReplyDeleteI had a headache from the weather the other day and felt just like you. I do hope you are better soon!
ReplyDeleteOh Margaret - deepest sympathies, there are few things more crippling than a doozie headache. Your clematis is magnificent by the way.
ReplyDeleteOuch - nothing worse than waking with a (migraine) headache - and then the next few days you feel as though you have a 'bruised brain/hangover' which doesn't help! Do hope you are brighter tomorow morning
ReplyDeleteStay safe
Blessings
Maxine
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI have had a few of those headaches. Take care and rest! Wishing you a happy day and weekend!
Sorry to hear this. Is it headache or maybe migraine?
ReplyDeleteI suffered the latter for years and then got acupuncture - pain free ever since (1997)!
Get well soon! Hugs!
Thanks Iris. It developed into a migraine. I used to get them years ago (acupuncture never helped, so you were lucky) but have not had such a bad one for a long time.
DeleteI get a headache from time to time, but nothing like the one you describe. Now when I was married to my starter wife..........!!!
ReplyDeleteLOL :))
DeleteI get migraines which recently have involved waves of nausea! Horrible. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, the nausea is awful. Nibbling dry crackers helps a bit, but only a bit.
Deletehi,Get well soon Marg....will come back to you soon. neermala from Réunion island awaiting for the mauritian airport to open to settle in there.
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain and hope you are feeling better by now. I seldom have a headache like that but used to have them every now and then. Where they hurt so bad, someone could have hit me on the side of my head with a baseball bat and it would have been relief.
ReplyDeleteI know that feeling, but at least a baseball bat might make you insensible and you wouldn't feel it anymore :)
DeleteHeadaches are so debilitating. I hope it's better when you read this.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a pretty awful headache ( not that there are any pleasant ones).
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon.
Oh dear, I do hope you feel better today. Good that your son lit the fire for you.
ReplyDeleteYou have my sympathy. Can't remember when I last had a headache and certainly don't want to ever have one again. Hope tomorrow is a better day for you!
ReplyDeleteI so agree ..... is it a migraine. Plenty of rest to the eyes; sleep as much as you can in cool & dark room. Get well soon Margaret.
ReplyDeleteThose purple flowers are so pretty, what are they called?
It did turn into a migraine. My vision is still funny and it is hard to concentrate, but I am feeling better today. The flowers are clematis - they are pretty aren't they?
DeleteI do hope you are feeling better by now.
ReplyDeleteI liked the flowers on this post.
All the best Jan
