Trying Something New

It has been two months since I put my blog into recess.  I'm not wanting to start it up again just at the moment, but thought it might be fun to try something a little bit different in the meantime.

I am going to see if I can post a daily photo (or photos) of the ordinary stuff that happens in my life.  Nothing too spectacular, just a visual record of my daily life living here in New Zealand.

I want to post photos direct from my phone, so I hope it works!

Cheers, Margaret :)

  1. Lovely to see your name pop up with a new post! A terrific idea - we get to see what you see out the window or on a drive - and this one is so pretty. It looks peaceful and the colors make fall just beautiful. Thank you - I hope you’re doing well!

  3. Was thinking about you just yesterday and now glad to note that you are still 'trucking'. The photo today is a fabulous seasonal one - and I just love the homegrown fence (so Kiwi).

  6. Great idea, Margaret, and a great choice for the first photo.
There's a woman called Linda whose blog is imagesisee. She does something similar and posts pictures with very little words.

  7. What a fabulous photo Margaret - I am quite happy to see just a photo a day, or just what you can manage.

  8. I do love this photos, and was so glad to get your comment...I a trying to post a little something every other day. We will see how that goes. I don't know if you know but we moved to live with one of her daughters...been here since April 8, 2023 Roger kept having issues...too long to go into. He has settled down to a new normal since being here. Anyway, I don't take many photos, but trying to blog some to be a little bit more normal.

    1. Hello Rose. No I didn't know you had moved. I'm glad to hear that life has now sorted itself into some sort of normal for you both, anyway. Hugz Mxx
